  1. According to Hindu Marriage Act Rule -  1955  women’s have following rights
    1. Alimony rights (For Married women.
    2. One time alimony money at the time of divorce.

 

  1. According to High court order dated 13/08/1997, establishing complain resolving team to stop Sexual abuse of working Women is compulsory for government and semi-government sector.

 

  1. Paid Leaves for pregnant women and Crèche facility for children of Women Working in Industrial area.

 

  1. Maharashtra government has released an order for Women working in government sector, to not work till late night in office after working hours.
