Aims and objective

  • Empowerment of women and spreading-awareness& Legal Education about the Women’s Rights in Rural India.
  • Protection of Laws & their Rights of destitute women & Children. Preventing & protecting labour-children from the preview of "Labour-Laws" etc.
  • Separate law for Eunuchs
  • Works against arbitrary court decisions, laws against the public at large, High-Handedness of the public-servants etc...

Works

  • Organizing Legal workshops /seminars, Human-Rights camps and free-legal-counseling’s in various places of Maharashtra and other States.
  • Moving Public Interest Litigations in Bombay High Court, other High-Courts and Supreme Court.
  • Organizing various camps of public-interest with other like-minded NGOs etc...
  • Conducting spot HIV test for AIDS eradication with the help of our panel- Doctors.
  • Making “Legal-social- draft Bills" for various state Governments as well for the state of Maharashtra .
